One such option with great potential to grow your business is called guerrilla marketing. Guerrilla marketing is an excellent choice for most small businesses, and when coupled with the right coaching and implementation it can dramatically help you reach your full business potential. In fact, I believe so strongly in the value of guerrilla marketing that I completed a series of educational courses just so I could become a fully certified guerrilla marketing coach. Now I can offer expert coaching and guidance to help you achieve the success you’ve always wanted. I also have an excellent selection of information on guerilla marketing available, including my soon to be released book called Getting the Word Out: Marketing That’s All About You.
I’m especially proud of this book, which will include the latest information and tips on implementing guerrilla marketing in your business.
So what exactly is guerrilla marketing? Over the last decade, guerrilla marketing methods have taken the business world by storm. The basic concept is simple – reach customers and potential customers through untraditional methods. The proof of its effectiveness, though, is this - books, guides, and articles on this topic rank among the all time number one best selling materials for marketers. And best of all, guerrilla marketing does not cost you a lot of money. The primary investments required are just time, energy and imagination.

The idea is to focus on a particular target group and find ways to reach them that don’t necessarily involve bombarding them with a lot of extra information. Instead, take what you have to offer to your customers in ways that bring you into their daily lives. For instance, donate to a community charity auction, distribute pens or notepads with your business logo, or pass out annual calendars. These are just a few ideas of how you can reach people as part of their daily routine; there are literally thousands of other ways you could accomplish this, too. Why does guerrilla marketing work so well? Because it expands the number of potential customers you can reach, creating a larger market and leading to increased sales.
